Support from start to finish
At each residence, a dedicated team supports you from the moment you visit and throughout the year. You submit your application and track its progress entirely online: it’s simple, fast, and secure. When you move in, we’ll help you with the move-in inspection and, depending on the location, with practical arrangements (insurance, housing assistance, utility connections). Our teams are available at the residence, by phone, or by email to answer your questions. -
Ease of access
The residences are located near campuses, transportation (tram, bus, subway, depending on the city), and often city centers. The result: less time spent commuting, more time for your classes and student life. Shops, libraries, university restaurants, sports facilities, and health services are generally accessible on foot or by bike. -
Turnkey
Furnished and equipped studios and apartments: bed, desk, storage space, kitchenette (hotplates, refrigerator, microwave), private bathroom. Just drop off your bags and make yourself at home. Additional amenities may be available: dishware/linen kit, vacuum cleaner rental, TV room, coworking spaces, etc. -

Need to move to a new city for an internship, work-study program, or a new academic year? With Logifac, moving is simple and easy. Your application will be given priority for allocation in another residence within the network, so you can quickly find new accommodation in your new city of study. If you move within a month of your departure, the transfer is free of charge, subject to availability. Simply talk to the team at your current residence, who will help you with the process, advise you on residences near your future campus, and help you organize a smooth transition without any interruption in your accommodation.
Short stays / internships / researchers
With Logifac, you can find accommodation even for the duration of an internship!
Several Logifac residences offer short stays ranging from a few days to several weeks, particularly between May and August. This is the ideal solution for an internship, a competition, seasonal employment, or a university assignment. You will enjoy furnished and equipped accommodation with access to the residence's services: internet, laundry facilities, bicycle storage, common areas, or parking, depending on the location (depending on the residence). The options are flexible, with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly rates available depending on the length of your stay. Reservations are made online and are subject to availability. Reduced application fees & payment in 3 installments*
Logifac makes it easy for you to move in with flexible entry conditions tailored to student budgets. In several residences, you can pay your security deposit and application fees in three installments, spreading out the costs associated with moving in. Certain partner schools and universities also benefit from reduced rates, as do Smerra members. These benefits are designed to make housing more accessible to everyone. Flexibility & cancellation under certain conditions**
If you fail an exam, change jobs, or move to another city, Logifac will help you easily modify or cancel your contract. Some residences apply clear conditions precedent, which allow you to cancel your reservation free of charge in certain justified situations. You also have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after confirmation of your application, so you can change your mind with complete peace of mind. These measures have been designed to offer students greater flexibility and security in the face of unforeseen circumstances.
Housing assistance (CAF, APL/ALS)
All Logifac housing is eligible for CAF housing assistance (APL or ALS), depending on your personal situation and the amount of your rent. You can apply directly online on the CAF website after you move in. The calculation of the assistance takes into account your resources, your student status, and the location of the residence. To prepare your budget properly, remember to do an online simulation before you arrive and to anticipate processing times so that you can receive your assistance from the very first months.

From the residence page or the FAQ section, log in to your personal account to track your application in real time. There you can complete your file, submit any missing documents, sign your lease online, and, once you have moved in, manage your accommodation throughout the year.
