Welcome to the Fac-Habitat Le Ribay student residence on Boulevard Georges-Méliès in the Le Ribay neighborhood. Many of the apartments have been refurbished: you arrive, drop off your bags, and you’re home.
When it comes to studying, you’re in the right place: Le Mans University and IUT are nearby, and the grandes écoles are within easy reach—INSPE, ISMANS, ESGT, ITEMM, AFPI, SUAPS, ENSIM, CNFPT Sarthe-Mayenne, École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Géomètres, CFA BTP Sarthe, Fab’Academy. Getting around is easy: the T1 “Campus Le Ribay” tram stops right outside the residence 🚋, taking you to the city center in less than 30 minutes. The TER train station is a 15-minute walk away.
Everything you need is within easy reach: the university library and restaurant are 5 minutes away, as is Le Ribay park.
